    I'm a mediocre artist and a gamer, I'm also a -ableit decent looking- nerd (But then again, if I wasnt, I wouldnt be on the net xD) Anyway, I love RPGs, hack and slash games and action/adventure games, all on the PS series of consoles. I'm currently doing a bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design. I love creting stories and I plan to turn them into games, anime and comics one day.

Ah, my blog, the one place I can just whine and complain without others complaining about it, unless they wanna be ***hats about it.

From the title its easy to tell what my gripe is.

RPGs. I love them, I am more of a JRPG fan but western stuff works too, regardless, my issue is..there are maybe two out for the PS3, Oblivion and Folklore...since its been out..and I have one already, while very close to obtaining the second, which I've already played. Now I like shooters....

The 70's are known for flower power, disco and lava lamps

The 80's are known for big hair, classic films and bad clothes.

The 90's are known for the Reality TV and Extreme sports booms and Teen Pop groups.

So, what will people remember the 2000's for as far as the impact on pop culture? Well, I for one feel that the trend of 'lets remake it' is possibly one of the major ones.

Films like Alfie, The Omen and War of the Worlds were originally produced...

Final Fantasy fans are a curious bunch. Rather than standing for the series as a whole, (which often they claim to do) more often than not, they prefer to champion one or two installments in the series and cast down the others into the dirt of mediocrity.

Why is this? Well, from what I understand, it generally comes down to which game(or games) was played first. More often than not, FF fans from the earlier days will champion FFs 1-6, most often 6. Those who started later tend to champion...

Well, going over my original blog (Which was more of a stupid attempt at a thread) I figure, a game becomes art when there is more too it than just mindless action, where at least a semi-competent story is involved....anyway, I've been lurking around and I'm seeing a lot of emphasis on online gaming.

I personally don't understand this. A year or so ago, people didn't give two ****s about online options for games. Nowadays though, if a game dosent have at least SOME form of online,...
