This seems to be happening in a lot of shops...like ASDA in the UK 3 PS3 GTAIV's for every one 360 GTAIV sold....this is leading me to believe that it might just sell more on the PS3...then M$ would have wasted all that money for DLC haha losers.

I don' think so Chubacca....We only miss out on the EXCLUSIVE ones the 360 gets...Thats not to say R* won't release different ones for PS3....And they may be PS3 exclusive, especially if PS3 has the more users by a large margin.      I wouldn't put to much into these downloadable charged extras MS LOANED R* the money for.....For starters R* have already screwed MS over by offering the PS3 bundle pack, a few days after the MS LOAN was announced, R* announced a new exclusice ip for PS3. (so I will be buying R*'s new WHOLE game, while MS owners are paying through the teeth for extra content, which may result in GTA4 on 360 costing over the price of what it would cost to buy 2 entire games)....Also people from countries like AU and NZ can order the U.S. version from playasia with a lower price and completely region free, so nothing will be cut from these versions.  

I hope the PS3 smashes in sales, and I'm pretty sure with MGS, HAze and others REAL close, that it will...Then we'll see what happens with R*'s little LOAN.

R started with playstation. Dont let all that money that MS give them to have DLC fool ya. We will get the samething later down the road. Playstation is the home of gta. They know for gta sony is the system of choces.

I'd personally be very surprised if the global sales of the PS3 version were anywhere near those of the Xbox 360 version given the installed user base of the relative systems. If they are neck and neck or the unthinkable happens for Microsoft and the PS3 version does sell more than the Xbox 360 version then if I were Microsoft I'd be pretty worried. The moment triple A titles start out selling their Xbox 360 counter parts is the moment the industry switches to lead developing on the PS3 and that would spell major problems for Microsoft. Some like Criterion already are. I think more than just internet fan boys will be watching this one.

How are numbers in NA and the UK?

I have both a PS3 as well as a XBOX-360 (big mistake) and I must say, as soon as I sa the trailer I immediately knew I was buying this for the PS3, It is hard to explain, but no matter what, even though 360 has exclusive content, it still cant surpass the huge sells PS3 is going to make with GTAIV. Its is more natural buying GTAIV for the PS3 because GTA was born with sony, it lives with SONY, even thought it spends the night with MICROSOFT.

Everybody that has it on the 360 will jump on the PS3 bandwagon, because after playing it on the xbox for long periods of time you will notice that the red rings will cause them to buy a PS3.

HAHAAHA the REAL reason why more ps3 versions are being presalled is because the 360 is so easy to chip and get bet burnt games for LOL. Every1 i know who has a 360 has had it modded and pays 10 dollars a game XD. i would so do that to my ps3 if the was a mod chip. stuff paying 120 for 1 game ffs.

So,does this mean M$ wasted $50 million,and still are lacking in sales?
