EA Montreal may dissapoint quite a few gamers with their latest announcement. When Eurogamer asked Chris Ferriera, lead designer of Army of Two, whether they would release a pre-launch demo of their latest shooter, he responded,
"Not prior to release. I don't know if there'll be something later, but the thing is given our release date [15th November for PS3 and Xbox 360 in the US and Europe] and where we're at, we'd rather focus on this rather than taking engineers off and having them do a demo."
For gamers unsure of whether to buy the game or not, PSU will be on hand to give an in-depth review of the game as soon as we can can get a copy into our hands. As always, try before you buy via a rental stores if you are unsure whether to purchase a game or not.

noooooooooooooo
why the game would be more popular if they released a demo
Too bad...
Oh well. As long as the Game is running at a good Frame rate and it isn't inferior to the 360 version I'm good. I have been convinced from all the videos that I have seen already.
this game is a must have despite the fact a demo will not b released...look at it this way its like Contra but 3-D lol with a nice AI partner :-D
it could have at leat clear a doubt whether to buy it or not.But still i am surely gonna buy this game.
Well That is one total flat out lie and a half. All a demo is is a tid bit of the real game so just put something online that is already done from a chapter. If they claim they cant thats just so they can save a buck. bad Idea for them. Even though they r getting incredable hipe they should stiff gamers with lazyness. 1 strike against EA for me.
that's your first strike against EA.....damn your being generous
A demo can always come in handy, besides they don't have to pull the whole team off work to make a demo, actually if it's already set what content to be in the demo, then a single person could do it in a matter of days!
As long as it's nothing like the PS3 FEAR I'll buy it.
