Capcom has reiterated that the publisher is planning on showcasing the upcoming Resident Evil 5 extensively at this year’s E3 Media and Business Summit in July.
Speaking with Videogaming247, a company representative stated, “The next western world [media] drop will be to coincide with E3.”
“We’ve got our press conference. At CAPTIVATE08 we told everyone that we would have some big things to reveal at E3. It’s our main game there.”
While the majority of Capcom’s E3 plans for the survival horror sequel remain unknown, the publisher did confirm that we could expect some details on the mysterious new female character shown in the recent CAPTIVATE 08 trailer.
It is widely speculation that this character, known as Sheva, will be playable in the game’s rumoured co-op mode, although this remains to be seen.
Stay tuned for more information on Resident Evil 5 in the near future.

Here's hoping they don't have to cut stuff out of any kind, to make sure they don't upset the xbots and give them the same version lol. I kinda thought this was another game that would really utilize the PS3 and the extra Blu-Ray space...We shall see I guess.
This game cant be great if its gotta fit on the xbox,there was nothing stopping them making the ps3 version bigger n better then the 360 version but no both versions will be identical,after msg4 im just not excepting games that have to be lowered down so xbox fans can have the same anymore,re5 could of been a great if it was ps3 exclusive n they would still make a profit instead they gone for the greedy option to make alot of profit

@markwesker: the only games we will see like that will be exclusives...and they will be few and far between until the ps3 turns into a bigger moneymaker...but it will happen. eventually.
